The resort features a beautifully landscaped communal swimming pool with lovely terraces and gardens. Additionally, the resort offers an outdoor wellness area, complete with an XL Jacuzzi, spa, and sauna.

The 10 villas in this complex offer three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional guest toilet. The villas are designed with an open layout, where high ceilings and large windows ensure plenty of natural light. Furthermore, the villas feature a basement level with an underground private garage, which accommodates at least two cars and bicycles.

This makes it a perfect place to live, relax, or invest in a holiday home.

San Juan de los Terreros is a small village located in Almería, Andalusia, on the Mediterranean Sea. The beautiful beaches often still feature traditional fishermen's huts, and although the village has developed significantly in tourism, you can still feel the original charm of Andalusia here. The surrounding area boasts supermarkets, a medical center, a golf course, schools, recreational areas, and local shops, ensuring that everything you need is within easy reach.

CASANA is a multilingual company that prides itself on providing honest and sound advice to potential clients. Danny was very polite and informative during the tours of the various properties and clearly understood our wishes. No pushy sales techniques, just patience and knowledge of what might be of interest to us. We would definitely recommend this company.

Hello, we purchased a villa through CASANA Inmo in the COUNTRY CLUB urbanization in Mazarrón. We were advised and guided by Isabelle (the Frenchwoman). We were very satisfied with her professionalism, accessibility, and friendly approach. Thanks to Casana's help, the purchase was completed within 45 days. So, future home buyers in Murcia, do not hesitate to contact Isabelle.

Smooth and effortless sale through Anouk from Casaña. Fast and clear communication. Local knowledge and connections mean the Casaña team can also help you find a good lawyer and notary for the sales process. So, if you want to sell your house in Mazarron or the surrounding area, Casaña is definitely highly recommended.

Jacqueline

A really great experience. Anouk, thank you very much for your expertise, patience, and good communication during our search. We would recommend you to everyone.

What a wonderfully professional and proactive team Casaña has. Two years ago, we rented a house through Casaña and also looked at a number of bungalows at the time. From the beginning of this year until now, we have been guided perfectly during the purchase process of our “holiday home” at the Mazarrón Country Club. We feel truly at home, not only upon entering our small but lovely bungalow, but also with the Casaña team. Currently, we are once again receiving excellent guidance from the Casaña team regarding the furnishing and installation of a new bathroom. On Monday, we will discuss what we want and leave for the Netherlands; they will guide the process from A to Z. We will return in the winter to enjoy the bungalow with its lovely bathroom. Thank you Anouk, Frank, and Isabelle for all the support so far and in the future, Louis and Olga

Casaña is the place to be if you are looking for a beautiful, affordable holiday home in a lovely, sunny location. The beach, supermarkets, and restaurants are located within a fifteen-minute drive of the Mazzaron Country Club park. There is a wide selection of holiday homes available to suit every wish and budget, many with a private pool. Casa Tulipa is a fantastic, well-furnished home with a beautiful, spacious covered terrace with good furniture. Casaña is not only the place to go for renting holiday homes, but also for purchasing a (second) (holiday) home. Perfect service, good guidance, and lovely people.
