During our holiday in June 2019, we had already driven around 600 km in vain looking for a suitable house on the Costa Blanca in the wider area of ​​Torrevieja, and the last destination still on our wish list was located a little further south: Mazarron Country Club on the Costa Calida. Upon driving into the urbanisation, it quickly became clear that Mazarron Country Club was the most beautiful urbanisation we saw during our 600 km journey, with both the location and the house prices seeming really interesting to us! In 2018, we finally decided to make our dream come true and buy a house in southeastern Spain. Looking for a quiet and pleasant area, we ended up in Mazarrón and at Casaña through friends. It was an instant hit! A very personal and professional approach. After a few interesting phone calls with Anouk to arrange our on-site visit, we spent a full day with Isabelle. We visited about 10 houses until we 'fell in love' with a Capricho-type villa. We decided to buy, and all the formalities were taken care of very quickly with Casaña's help. A top-notch experience!!

For years, we had planned to buy a house in Spain. The question always remained: Where do you find a good, reliable real estate agent who thinks along with the buyer? Until I spoke about my/our dream at the gym with someone who also worked out there. The person I spoke to told me that a lady on her street sold and rented houses in Spain. After a brief conversation, we received the details and invited Anouk for a meeting. It was an open and honest conversation, and Anouk explained what she did and how she worked. She took ample time to discuss our wishes, supported by photos and her laptop. Initially, she showed us the south of Spain for two days and what the country had to offer. We found it beautiful, but preferred to be a bit further north. This was due to the heat, and we wanted to live closer to the coast with the lively boulevard. This real estate agent showed us the houses we preferred twice, and the third time we found the house of our dreams. Many houses appealed to us, so the selection process went very smoothly the last time. We have since bought a house without having to compromise on a single requirement. What we appreciated most was that we never felt pressured to “have” to buy a house. All the information was/is available, but we made the decisions ourselves. Even now that the house has been purchased, Anouk remains active to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. We had a very pleasant experience with Anouk Hopman.
