The house

Located in one of the most popular white villages in the Serranía de Ronda, Montejaque, just a 15-minute drive from the historic city of Ronda and surrounded by spectacular views of the countryside, this unique and charming holiday complex was built to mimic a typical white village. Each of the 9 individually designed townhouses reproduces the character and style of Andalusia in its purest form. All houses are situated on large private plots and face west, offering uninterrupted panoramic views. The spacious tropical gardens and the large swimming pool form the centerpiece for guests to enjoy their holiday.

Adjacent to the holiday rental section of the business is a restaurant, which was renovated in 2023. The current owners lease the restaurant, but the new owner can also manage the restaurant/bar themselves if desired. The restaurant is located at the top of the complex and has two entrances, one of which is directly on the street, allowing the complex to remain exclusively for the use of the guests present.

Equipped with a Tourist Activities License. Good occupancy rate and good profitability (long-term agreements with international travel agencies – Spanish and international clientele). Good road connections to the beaches of Málaga, Marbella, and Cádiz, and the cities of Seville and Jerez de la Frontera.
