Once you have found a suitable home, you can easily reserve it online via the website. In addition to the costs that you pay for the rent, you also pay the final cleaning, booking, towel and linnen packages fees and a refundable deposit. It is also possible that you pay extra for your pet or for the use of a cot or baby chair.<\/p>\n

After your reservation you need to transfer 20% of the total amount to confirm your booking. The remaining 80% must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Before arrival, we would like to hear from you what time you expect to arrive, so that we can be present at your holiday accommodation in time to welcome you and to provide the necessary explanations about your holiday home.<\/p>\n

On the day of arrival you can make an appointment for your departure time (before 10h00 in the morning as we need to clean the property for our next tenants).. The house will be checked upon departure and if everything is correctly your deposit will be refunded by Casa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
