We want to thank you very much for your excellent support before, during and after our holiday. Thanks also to Janny who was always there for us. So we had a wonderful holiday, we will still have to think back. We are pleased to thank you some pictures to show how well we liked it. Our children have been crying on the way home, because they would have stayed longer. We are sure to spend our vacation in a house of casana once again.<\/p>\n

We really enjoyed our stay in Mazarron!! We all three agree to come back next year!!\u2026which is not an easy task!:)<\/p>\n

It was like heaven on earth ! Everything: The weather, the house, the pool, the localization of the country club, just near a road for \u201ceverywhere\u201d, the so kind people we met there, Andalucia not so far away, the jet-sky.. Everything!<\/p>\n

Everyone has found his happiness!<\/p>\n

Thank you for everything Anouk, And hope to meet you one day, in Mazarron or perhaps in Paris??<\/p>\n

Hello Anouk,<\/p>\n

We had a wonderful stay at the Country Club, the location is absolutely wonderful, and the weather was very sunny and very hot, so the children and us were very happy to use the pool ! <\/p>\n

We also had the opportunity to visit the Murcia region, that we did not know (the nice cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca), and we also took the opportunity to go to Andalousia, to visit the Alhambra, which is beautiful. Another pretty long ride, as you can see !<\/p>\n

The house is really perfect for a 4 people family like mine, the weather was so nice that we spent most of our time on the terraces, enjoying the lovely garden and the very nice pool ! The house would be even more than perfect if it could offer a wifi connexion and something to hide a bit the pool from the road, but these are small details I guess.<\/p>\n

A special mention for the man who welcome us and made the check out, who was really nice and helpful.<\/p>\n

So a very nice stay, maybe others in the future ? <\/p>\n

By the way, we had a walk in the MCC, and I understand the domain is still under developpment. I also noticed a very committed owners committee, which is good for such a huge place. I also notice that the local market seems to be very active, with lots of house for sale, and many already sold. If you have an email newsletter, either for the whole MCC or for Casana activities, I would be happy to subscribe.<\/p>\n

Thank you again for your always kind answers to the (too many) emails I sent you over the last months, I really appreciate.<\/p>\n

In March 2019 we stayed a week in a rental bungalow on MCC. We were impressed with the style, atmosphere and quietness of the Club, and after a few more weeks cruising through Spain we decided to return and view a number of houses. And that actually without having any serious plans to secure a property in Spain! We contacted Casana and were received in a very accommodating manner, in particular by Gemma Barnes who took the role of being our main contact. They took all the time to show us around and view a number of houses of different categories. Already before we actually decided to proceed with any offers, Gemma assisted us with opening a bank account and establishing contact with a solicitor (including power-of-attorney as we were not Spain based).<\/p>\n

It actually didn\u2019t take us very long to decide which house we wanted to bid for, and the ensuing negotiations were adequately, professionally and supportively facilitated by Gemma.<\/p>\n

When we took ownership of our house in June 2019, Gemma was enormously helpful with all the initial things that needed to be sorted out \u2013 Internet\/TV, pool cleaning, security issues, electrician, plumber \u2013 to full satisfaction and generally with quick actions. It made our first stay so much easier.<\/p>\n

Overall our relationship with Casana has been fully satisfying, with reliable and efficient service, and our contact with Gemma very pleasant![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
